Whilst we use our best endeavours to base our calculations on the most up to date emissions factors published by reputable sources, these emissions factors can and do change over time. If new information is published , we will not assume responsibility to alter our emissions reductions liability for calculations that we have done in the past.

1. How to Order
Ordering Verified Emission Reductions (“VERs”) from Ecocem Materials Ltd on this website is easy. [You simply place the offsets you require in your shopping basket. Adding the offsets to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. Once you have found all the offsets you need, go to the checkout and pay for your purchases by following the simple instructions given there.]
Please ensure that you include the following information with your order, as we cannot process your order without this information: (a) name; (b) e-mail address; (c) contact telephone number; (d) preferred time for telephone contact; (e) card type; (f) full name as displayed on the card, the credit card number, and expiry date of the card; (g) billing address; (h) delivery address (this need not be the same as the billing address); (i) the VERs you require; and (j) delivery option.
2. Acceptance of orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ecocem Materials Ltd. Please note that orders can only accepted from the Republic of Ireland [specify other countries].
Once we have received your order, we will endeavour to confirm the details of your order on the website with a copy of the details of your order being sent to you by e-mail.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver your VER certificate within [X] days however delays may occur if the VERs you have ordered are out of stock. You will be advised of stock availability when we process your order.

In the event that some of the items you have ordered are out of out of stock we may send your order to you by two or more deliveries. You will only pay one delivery charge. Please retain the invoice, which will be sent separately, as it will be required should you decide to return any VER certificate under our returns and refunds policy set out below.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are set out at [X] and include VAT at [X]%. Ecocem Materials Ltd reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Irrespective of any change of prices, you will be charged the price which was specified for the good when you ordered.

5. Right of Cancellation and Refunds
If, for any reason, the purchaser would like to cancel their carbon offset transaction, Ecocem Materials Ltd will refund the full cost of the VER provided notification is received within 7 working days from the date you received your confirmation e-mail. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Warranties, Exclusions and Consumer Protection
Ecocem Materials Ltd will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that its website is fully operational at all times. However, due to the nature of interactive services and the internet generally, Ecocem Materials Ltd cannot guarantee that its website will be free from delays, interruptions or errors.
Whilst all reasonable efforts are made to ensure that any information contained on the website is correct (including emission factors), Ecocem Materials Ltd gives no representations or warranties, express or implied in relation to the accuracy or completeness of said information.
